On September 11, the INVESTMENT PERSPECTIVES 2026 conference, initiated by Cube Invest, took place in Yerevan.

The event brought together representatives of the financial and investment sectors, investors, business leaders, and leading industry professionals on one platform to discuss developments in the investment landscape and the opportunities shaping its future.

New ideas, new tools, knowledge sharing, open dialogue—and, most importantly, people ready to come together to discuss not only where we are today, but also where we are heading tomorrow.

For nearly a decade, Cube Invest has been growing alongside Armenia’s investment market, placing importance not only on its own achievements, but also on the overall advancement of the sector, the exchange of professional expertise, and the exploration of new opportunities. This conference marked an important milestone on that journey.

One Platform, Multiple Perspectives

The day began with opening remarks and a welcome address by Mikayel Margaryan, CEO of Cube Invest, followed by a presentation on the company’s journey, current position, and vision for the future, titled “Cube Invest: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow.”

Mikayel Margaryan also announced the issuance of Cube Invest’s own bonds.

A welcome address was also delivered by Levon Sahakyan, Member of the Board of the Central Bank of Armenia.

Throughout the day, the discussions expanded to cover some of the most relevant issues concerning the development of Armenia’s capital market, regional shifts, technological innovation, and the future of finance.

The panel discussion on the present and future of Armenia’s capital market was moderated by Konstantin Saroyan, Secretary General of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS). The discussion featured Hayk Yeganyan, CEO of the Armenia Stock Exchange; Grigor Harutyunyan, CEO of Dimension Investments; Petros Margaryan, Fund Manager at C-Quadrat Ampega; and Hrayr Aslanyan, Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Director for Development at Amundi-Acba Asset Management.

The participants addressed the key challenges, opportunities, and emerging trends shaping the development of Armenia’s capital market.

The discussion once again demonstrated that the development of the capital market is not the responsibility of a single institution or sector. It requires collaboration among different stakeholders, long-term thinking, and a shared vision.

New Opportunities on the Investment Platform

Another key topic of the conference was the intersection of technology and investing.

Mikayel Valasanyan, Chief Technology Officer at IB Technologies, and Sona Madatyan, Head of the Brokerage Services via the Cube Invest Trading Platform Division, presented the technical and tactical innovations of the Cube Invest platform, highlighting the tools designed to create a more modern and accessible investment experience.

The discussion on the transformation of the financial world continued with a focus on digital assets. At Cube Invest’s special invitation, Martin Martinov, a representative of J.P. Morgan, one of the world’s leading financial institutions, participated in the conference. He presented the role of cryptocurrencies and digital assets in emerging markets, addressing key industry trends and newly emerging opportunities.

From Armenia to the Region

Investment opportunities have long extended beyond the borders of any single country. For this reason, regional developments also became one of the conference’s key areas of discussion.

The panel dedicated to the emerging markets of the Caucasus and Central Asia was moderated by Armenuhi Hovakimyan, Deputy Secretary General of the Federation of Euro-Asian Capital Markets (FEAS).

At Cube Invest’s invitation, the discussion also brought together representatives of leading Georgian investment and capital market institutions: Davit Nishnianidze, Head of Brokerage at Galt & Taggart, and Sandro Chanturidze, Vice President of Sales and Trading at TBC Capital. They were joined by Karen Zakaryan, CEO of the Financial Market Members Association (FINARM), and Ani Makaryan, CEO of the Central Depository of Armenia.

The participants discussed the emerging markets of the Caucasus and Central Asia, regional trends, and the investment opportunities taking shape within a changing economic environment.

Bringing together the experiences, perspectives, and expectations of different markets within a single discussion provided an opportunity to view the region not simply as a collection of individual countries, but as an interconnected investment environment.

Where Is the World Heading?

The final substantive part of the day was dedicated to the future.

Internationally renowned futurist and technology expert Gerd Leonhard, speaking on “The Intelligence Revolution and the Vision of the Future,” explored the changes reshaping our understanding of the future of technology, work, business, and society.

And perhaps this was one of the central messages of INVESTMENT PERSPECTIVES 2026: the future of the investment market cannot be understood without understanding the world in which that market will operate.

Over the course of a single day, the conference brought together diverse experiences, professional perspectives, and different visions of the future.

Yet the true value of gatherings like this is often measured not only by what is said on stage. It is also reflected in the new connections made, the ideas exchanged, the questions raised, and the potential collaborations that may emerge after the event.

Because a developing investment market is built not only on capital, but also on knowledge, trust, and the connections created between people.

Cube Invest extends its gratitude to all speakers, partners, and participants whose presence, expertise, and ideas made them an integral part of INVESTMENT PERSPECTIVES 2026.

For us, this was more than just another event.

It was a continuation of a journey with one clear objective: to contribute to a more developed, more accessible investment environment with broader opportunities.

And perhaps most importantly, the perspective we are looking toward today already marks the beginning of new opportunities.

By the conclusion of INVESTMENT PERSPECTIVES 2026, we were already able to highlight one of the day’s key results: 90% of the bonds issued by Cube Invest had already been sold.

By the time this article was written, the bonds had been sold in full.

Investment perspectives open where ideas turn into trust, and trust turns into tangible results.

Cube Invest Investment Company is regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia.
