Just 10 minutes from Yerevan’s city center, at 9/1 Tsitsernakaberd Highway, the first technological and business hub of Armenia — Dalan Technopark — is under construction.

It is the largest single building by total area in Armenia, covering over 154,000 sq.m.

It is also the only project simultaneously compliant with both BOMA and LEED standards.

Each employee will enjoy 15 sq.m of workspace, an unprecedented ratio in Armenia.

Several floors will have an area of 4,500 sq.m, accommodating up to 350 employees, ensuring complete team integration for large companies.

The project includes 34,300 sq.m of Class A office space, providing about 3,000 workstations that meet all BOMA requirements.

Essential Infrastructure and Smart Management

Dalan Technopark will combine all the elements of work and everyday life, including:

The entire building management system is based on BMS (Building Management System) technology, ensuring energy efficiency, comfort, and a high level of safety.

Construction Progress and Project Team

Construction began in January 2023.
Currently, around 80% of the main structure is completed, with two main buildings connected, and unified floor construction underway.
The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.

The development management is carried out by 1SQ Estate Development, and REDInvestGroup holds the exclusive sales rights.
