Public Offering of “DALAN TECHNOLOGIES” LLC Bonds
By the decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. 1/367 A dated October 8, 2025, the Program Prospectus of the nominal coupon bonds of “DALAN TECHNOLOGIES” LLC has been registered.
- The next issuance of “DALAN TECHNOLOGIES” LLC nominal coupon bonds will take place from November 10, 2025, to February 10, 2026, at 16:30.(AMD)
- The next issuance of “DALAN TECHNOLOGIES” LLC nominal coupon bonds will take place from November 10, 2025, to April 10, 2026, at 16:30.(USD)
To acquire the bonds, investors must duly complete and submit the Bond Purchase Application(s) to “Cube Invest” CJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
After completing and properly submitting the Bond Purchase Application to “Cube Invest” CJSC — but no later than 16:30 on the bond acquisition date — legal entities and/or individuals wishing to purchase the bonds must make payment to the Evocabank OJSC account No. 1660030016400900 (AMD) / 1660030016404501 (USD), opened for the purpose of this issuance, for the number of bonds indicated in the Bond Purchase Application-Order.
