Armen Ter-Hakobyan, Chief Executive Officer

Armen Ter-Hakobyan was born in Yerevan on May 30, 1978 He completed his studies at the Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering (2000). He started his career in the banking industry in 1999 at ARMECONOMBANK, where he worked until 2013 as an internal audit expert, then as the Manager of the Alaverdi Branch, the Manager of the Ararat Branch, the Head of the Dealing Center and finally as the Deputy CEO. From 2013 to 2014 he worked at ARARATBANK as an advisor to the CEO. In 2017 he co-founded Cube Invest CJSC, an investment and brokerage company. Since July 2022 he holds the position of Executive Director of Cube Invest CJSC.

Arsen Katvalyan, Chief Financial Officer

Arsen Katvalyan was born on March 30, 1977 An alumnus of the Department of Finance and Credit of the Armenian National Agrarian University, he was employed at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as a contractor in the Banking Supervision Department in 1998 From 1999 to 2001 he worked at United Bank as a specialist and Head of the Control Department, responsible for the supervision of the territorial branches of the Bank and their compliance with the regulations in the Internal Audit Department․ From 2001 to 2010 Arsen worked at ARMECONOMBANK as a Specialist in the Internal Audit Department, where he was promoted to Bank Auditor, Chief Specialist in the Internal Audit Department, Manager of Khorhrdayin Branch, and Manager of Arabkir Branch and then, (since 2005) Deputy CEO. From 2010 to 2012, he worked in Ameriabank as a member of the board of directors, and a head of the department responsible for managing territorial units and ensuring that their work is in line with established policies and procedures. From 2012 to 2016, Arsen held the position of Chairman of the Board and CEO of Kilikia UCO. Since June 2022 he has held the position of Deputy General Director - Financial Director of Cube Invest CJSC.

Mikael Margaryan, Corporate Services Officer

Mikael Margaryan was born on January 16, 1987 He holds a degree from Yerevan State University and the Foreign Affairs Department of the American University of Armenia. From 2012 to 2013 he worked at ACBA Bank as a credit card specialist. From 2013 to 2018 he continued his banking career at ARMECONOMBANK as the Head of the Card Marketing Department, later he was promoted to the Head of the Customer Acquisition Department, then to the Head of the Business Development Department. In 2018-2022 Mikael worked as the General Director of the Dimension Investment Company. Since July 2022 he has been Deputy CEO and Director of Corporate Services at Cube Invest CJSC.

Karine Kocharyan, Chief Administrative Officer

Karine Kocharyan was born on July 21st , 1970. In 1987 she entered Moscow Institute of National Economy n. G.V. Plekhanov and in 1992 graduated from Yerevan Institute of National Economy. Since 1993 Karine has started her career and worked at different international financial institutions, including: Republic National Bank of New York (Moscow) as a Deputy Head of Back Office, later moved to the Bank of America (Moscow), where she was the Head of International Payments. For almost 10 years Karine has worked at BNP Paribas Moscow and managed different directions and divisions. 2010-2013 she has worked as a CEO at Renaissance Finance Bank LLC (Renaissance Capital Group). 2014-2020 Karine has worked in Commercial Bank “MIA” (AO) as a Chief Operating Officer. During 2020-2022 she was the COO of IDBank CJSC. Since June 2023 she is the Deputy CEO and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Cube Invest CJSC.

Petr Fedosenko, Head of Global Markets Sales and Trading Department

Born on October 23, 1985, Petr Fedosenko holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Moscow State University of Management. Petr is an accomplished financial professional with over fifteen years of experience. From 2019 to 2022 he was the Head of Fixed Income Department at OTP Bank in Moscow. Since 2011, Petr has also worked at Promsvyazbank, where he spent almost eight years, first as a Eurobond trader and later being promoted to the position of Head of the Fixed Income Department. Prior to that, he served for several years as Head of Fixed Income Sales. Petr joined Cube Invest CJSC in March 2023 as Head of Fixed Income Trading and Sales. Currently he holds the Position of Head of Global Markets Sales and Trading Department.

Alexey Tokarev, Deputy Head of Global Markets Sales and Trading Department

Alexey Tokarev was born in Moscow in 1980 He is a summa cum laude graduate of the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He also holds a master's degree in economics from the Moscow State Teachers Training University. In 2003-2005 he worked as a sales manager at Kommersant Publishing House. In 2005 - 2022 he worked at Sovlink LLC as sales manager for financial products, then he was promoted to sales manager, then VP of corporate finance department. He is the holder of Qualification Certificate 1 issued by the Federal Service for Financial Markets of the Russian Federation. Since January 2023 he holds the position of Head of Sales at Cube Invest CJSC. Currently he holds the Position of Deputy Head of Global Markets Sales and Trading Department.

Tatchat Kheranyan, Head of internal audit

Tatchat Kheranyan was born on November 6, 1980 He holds a university degree in economics from the Yerevan State Economic Institute. From 2005 to 2012 he was a back-office support specialist at Converse Bank, later he was promoted to senior specialist of internal control service, senior support office specialist and internal auditor. From 2012 to 2015 Tatchat worked at Ameriabank as a senior specialist of internal control service. Since 2015, he has been the head of internal audit at Incor CJSC, and since 2017, in parallel, he has been the head of internal audit at Cube Invest CJSC.
