On July 24, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Cube Invest and Virtuous Consulting Company—two of Armenia’s leading and highly regarded organizations in the financial and consulting sectors.

 

 

This strategic initiative aims to combine the professional potential and expertise of both parties to create a unified platform of integrated services.

Through this agreement, the parties reaffirm their commitment to developing a comprehensive framework of complementary services. This includes a full range of financial services such as brokerage operations, foreign exchange transactions, registry management and custodianship, placement services, as well as legal, tax, and accounting support.
