Arsen Katvalyan was born on March 30, 1977. He graduated from the Finance and Credit Department of the Yerevan Agricultural Academy. In 1998 he worked at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as a contract specialist in the Inspection Control Department of the Banking Control Department. From 1999 to 2000 he worked at "United Bank" CJSC as a specialist in the Internal Control (Audit) Department and then as the head of the control department of territorial units. From 2005 to 2010 he worked at "Armeconombank" OJSC as a specialist in the internal audit department, auditor of the bank, chief specialist of the internal audit department, manager of the "Soviet" branch, manager of the "Arabkir" branch, and deputy chairman of the board. From 2010 to 2012 he worked at "Ameriabank" CJSC as a member of the Directorate and head of the management department of territorial units. From 2012 to 2016 he held the positions of Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of "Kilikia" UVC LLC. Since June 2022 he has held the position of Deputy Executive Director and Financial Director of Cube Invest CJSC.
