Armen Ter-Hakobyan was born on May 30, 1978, in Yerevan. In 2000 he graduated from the Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Construction. From 1999 to 2013 he worked at "Armeconombank" OJSC as an internal auditor, manager of the "Alaverdi" branch, manager of the "Ararat" branch, director of the dealing center, and deputy chairman of the department. From 2013 to 2014 he worked at "Araratbank" OJSC as an advisor to the chairman of the board. Since 2017 he has been a co-founder of "Cube Invest" CJSC. Since July 2022 he has held the position of executive director of Cube Invest CJSC.
